Communication was 10/10 and the finished product has been truly outstanding. I love my drawers and 12V system, and the workmanship on the drawers is top quality. I’ve had absolutely no issues with my rear setup. I had some queries (i.e. things I was doing wrong) a few weeks after install and Craig responded immediately and patiently helped me troubleshoot what I was doing wrong.
